New Dodge Durango declassified seven seat crossover


Declassified data on the new Dodge Durango - seven-seat crossover will appear on the U.S. market in late 2010.
With predecessors, the new Durango relates only to the name: the brand new car built on a platform recently debyutirovashego Jeep Grand Cherokee. From him and two gasoline engines: V6 Pentastar (3.6 liter, 280 hp) V8 HEMI (5,7 l, 360 hp).
Externally, the new Durango features an abundance of chrome decor and label with a new logo mark. Company representatives say the use of improved materials in the interior decoration, and the interior, as promised, could be transformed in 22 variants.
In the base set will consist of airbags, including side, curtain of security, stability and active headrests. Among other things, Durango will get the system running without a key, adaptive cruise control, a monitoring system of "dead zones" and to prevent a frontal collision.
Production Dodge Durango will be established in America, at a factory in Detroit.
